1. Who we are

Chairman Rentals & Tablescapes ("we", "us") is a DTI-registered event rental business based in San Pablo City, Laguna, serving Laguna and nearby Batangas. We are the party responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What we collect

When you use the quotation builder on this site, or message us on Messenger, Viber, SMS or email, we collect only what you choose to send us:

• Your name and contact details
• Your event date, venue or town, and guest count
• The items and services you are enquiring about, and any notes you add
• Payment or receipt details, only if you proceed with a booking

The quotation builder on this website does not submit a form to a server. It composes a message in your browser and hands it to the app you choose — Messenger, Viber, your SMS app or your email client. Nothing is stored on this website.

3. Website analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how people find and use this site, and to measure whether our advertising works. These tools may set cookies and record anonymised information such as your approximate location, device, browser, the pages you view and which contact button you tapped.

We do not use this data to identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and you can manage advertising personalisation in your Google Ad Settings. Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you from using this site.

4. How we use your information

• To prepare your quotation and confirm inventory and delivery
• To coordinate delivery, setup, styling and pull-out on your event date
• To issue official receipts and keep the business records required of us
• To reply to your questions and, if you ask, to follow up on a past enquiry

We do not send marketing messages to people who have only enquired, unless you tell us you would like updates.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to serve you — for example with our own delivery and styling crew, or with a partner supplier when your booking includes items we source (such as fresh flowers, lights and sound, or an LED wall). Those partners receive only what they need to do the job.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, such as to BIR or another government authority.

6. Event photos

We photograph our setups before guests arrive, and we sometimes post those photos on this website or on our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages. If you would prefer that we do not publish photos from your event, just tell us before your event date and we will respect it. If a photo of your event is already published and you would like it removed, message us and we will take it down.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as the conversation is useful. Booking and payment records are kept for the period required by Philippine tax and business regulations, then disposed of securely.

8. Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to erasure or blocking, to damages, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint. To exercise any of these, message us at chairmanrentalslaguna@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. You may also raise a concern with the National Privacy Commission.

9. Children

This site is intended for adults arranging events. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
